I wait and wait all year for the longest day and then, just like that, it's over and we inch towards winter. It's spooky hot here, but not as hot as it will get. We have had several orders for our Tomo&Edie organic baby kimono and vintage kimono hair accessories. One from a fabulous store in Boulder, Colorado called Poppy and another from a new store in Calgary, Alberta!
I've been a little pre-occupied with my basement. It's a place I avoid because I do not know what I'll find down there. Lately, I've been going down there every day to empty a de-humidifier and I realized that I avoid a lot of dark places in my personal life too. That which you resist persists. I am trying to tackle the areas I rather not visit-- like parsvottanasana, yoga teacher training, my storage shed, and my junk drawers. Edie wants to have a yard sale and it might actually happen sometime this fall!
