Edie wants glasses so I bought her a fake pair and she has been wearing them everywhere-- to school, to birthday parties, to dance class etc. I'm always amazed at her lack of self-consciousness-- I hope it continues for a long, long time.

Got a big fat re-order from the RED BALLOON in Chicago. It's a wonderful store and they have been faithful customers. They love our Tomo&Edie organic baby kimono.


Edie's graduation ceremony from kindergarten is this morning, but my little pumpkin eater is sick. She rarely is sick, but today she is just that.


Hisae, Tomo and Hiro are going to Japan next month for the entire month. I'm excited for them and for Hisae's mom and dad, Mieko and Yoshiyuki. Her parents have not met Hiro yet and boy, are they in for a surprise. Hiro is as cute as can be and loaded with personality!
